Days of Rich Ancestral Learning and Healing
Come to the beautiful winter southwestern desert for an unforgettable four days of rich ancestral connection, incredible group vulnerability and caring, and continuous ahas that may change the way you see yourself and the world!
We gather to use family constellations work to seek healing and understanding. In the process we find that coming together in a circle of intention can touch us in ways that challenge and console.
We will bring together constellation learners and constellation explorers to find out more about how this beautiful ancestral healing modality can help us release what has long been held, and embrace the blessings we didn’t know we had.
This will be a wonderful group gathering for two different kinds of people:
If you are a constellation facilitator who needs more in-person mentoring…
This is an opportunity for trained constellation facilitators and others who’ve has substantial exposure to constellations work. You do not need to feel 100% confident in your work or be regularly facilitating, but you do need to have participated in a training (or taken enough workshops to amount to a training) and have been recently active in constellation work in some fashion.
That’s because this is not a foundational training. We will reflect on basic principles as we experience constellations together. But the main curriculum of these four days will be shared embodied practice.
Mentored participants will come generally from two different backgrounds:
1) My students who participated in one of my online trainings (the 5-Month Constellation Training or the 3-Month Advanced Training). These former online students are offered a special price, as part of having participated in one of these online trainings, and in recognition of what we were not able to address while working online.
2) Other participants will have participated in other foundational trainings, or participated in many constellation workshops, and wish to expand their understanding of constellations by learning from me. All students, from whatever background, will have a good experience of mentored learning and peer exploration. The mix will create a rich learning experience for everyone!
Or, if you are someone — experienced or new — who just wants to enjoy constellations!
This is also for anyone who wants to take a deep dive into constellations work. You can be brand new to this work, or seen lots of constellations! No training or prior exposure is required, just a readiness to show up for four rich days of ancestral exploration with Systemic Constellations work.
This gathering is reliability a very sweet group of mutually supportive, kind and intrepid seekers and creators. It’s a great place to try opening doors for healing that we may have considered closed or stuck.

Therefore, two kinds of registration options!
The Mentorship Option: This will be limited to six people who will be mentored in leading full constellations. This is only for people with adequate facilitating background. NOTE: These 6 spots are expected to fill up quickly!
The Participant Option: These participants will be part of ALL the learning and healing opportunities, including receiving constellations work and representing in others’ constellations. The only part that they will not experience is leading full constellation work for other students. This is a great fit for anyone new or experienced with constellations who just wants to enjoy constellations!
Dates, Times & Location
Dates: Thursday, June 26th through Sunday, June 29th.
Time: Each day, we will gather 10a – 6p Mountain time.
We will be meeting near Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, in the town of Placitas. Participants traveling in from other regions will have to arrange for their own lodging locally. If you are traveling to Albuquerque Airport, it is about a 30 minute drive to our location in Placitas. Charming Airbnbs are available in Placitas, and a variety of hotels and motels can be found in the nearby town of Bernalillo, 20 minutes away.
NOTE: Please let me know if you have cat allergies or phobias. Yes, there is a cat on-site, and I need to know if accommodations need to be made!
About your trainer
I received my initial Family Constellations training in 2008. Since then I’ve trained with a wide variety of international Family Constellations trainers and experts in related fields.
In 2015, I finally realized a dream when I attended a life-changing training with Bert Hellinger in Mexico City, the last live training Bert Hellinger did before his death in 2019. With the founder of Family Constellations work, I realized how much more we all have to learn from our elders. It was an honor to watch him work in such a practiced and elegant way.
Later that year, I organized the 2015 North American Systemic Constellations Conference in San Diego. I’ve supported the work of the International Systemic Constellations Association (ISCA), and I presented at its conference in Croatia in 2016, and its online event in 2020 . I have presented at all US conferences since 2011. I was also a presenter at the 2018 Australasian Constellation Intensive in Sydney, Australia. I’ve led workshops in New Zealand and Thailand. Finally, I am the founding organizer for the Western Constellations Intensive, a growing event highlighting some of our best international trainers.
I have been in private practice since 2009, working with individuals and couples, applying Family Constellations principles and practices in a wide diversity of situations. I lead a constellations group that has been meeting every 2-3 weeks for fourteen years.
I am also an ordained Episcopal minister, and have worked in the tender and personal place where spirituality and day to day life meet for over twenty years.
Leslie is a master in her field – a gifted and highly attuned constellations practitioner. As a facilitator, she is refreshingly down to earth, engaging and adept at distilling and combining knowledge with practice, making it easy for participants to access, integrate and embed the learning. Note: Before confirming your participation, if we have not discussed your participation or we don’t know each other well already, I will contact you upon receiving your registration for a conversation to make sure this class is a good fit.
