I’ve recorded my first vlog! (video blog) It took me years to get around to doing this, full of resistance, and then, of course, I discover that not only do I enjoy doing these, but I think I may have a flair for it. Do you agree? I hope so…

Below, I talk about my experience of expecting certain things to be free (like the air we breathe), and I wonder about how our feelings about healing and whether it ought to be free might be something we need to really spend some time thinking about.
