We hold invisibly in our hearts the traumas that have preceded us, leading to enormous suffering for ourselves.

There is a better way to honor all the suffering that has taken place and continues to take place, so that we can thrive and serve all beings.

And, the better way has something to do with the fact that we are all beloved members of our ancestral lineages and belong to everything that is.
